For the first time in many many years I’m below 180 pounds, 179 does not sound that much anymore. Only 6 pounds to go and my BMI score will say “NORMAL” now I’m just “OVERWEIGHT”.
Time for a barbecue (JUST KIDDING!) Nope I keep this thing going for as long as I need and that will probably forever. I was thinking that when I’m around 170 it will be tricky to stay there so it will never end I guess. In the mean time I’m a very happy camper. To bad nobody is reading this blog.

Ja toch wel hoor, elke keer er iets verschijnt heb ik het gelezen maak je maar niet ongerust!! Hihi ik volg je op de voet;-) En ervoor gaan hoor!!!! Ik moet er ook nog verscheidene afvallen, maar hier met die vochtigheid en de warmte is het allemaal niet zo simpel…maar we komen er wel!!!
