Steady as it goes. Weight lost is not as fast as I hoped for but still in the rights direction. Another 1/2 pound lost. Skipped cookies chips and goodies at 2 seminars but half a pound is not enough. Oh well as long I’m loosing weight it is OK.
To get my monthly reimbursement of $20 I need to go 12 times to the Y, last month was 19 times, good score. ![]()

Thanks for your comment Bob. I know it takes time but it is time well spent. The music on your site is great, I really like it and helps me to do the workouts.
