After diner (omelet no bun) walking the dog then off to the Y. Did a warm-up on the bike the chest press Latt Pull down, bench press and something else, have to find out how they call it but it was for the upper body. Oh and squats. Then interval in the treadmill, 15 minutes,  1 minute walk, 2 minutes run. Feels good after a lot of sweat.

To have some clean shirts we went to the store last night and bought some new ones. On those shirts there was a strip with 10 times “XL” written, a sticky strip to show the size. It was still there when I came home so people now know I had a new shirt.

Whole day a lot of muscle pain. I think we went to far trying out the dungeon…. the machines that is. Breast feels really there and feels soar. So the only thing I did is 8 minutes on a bike and 15 minutes on the treadmill. 2 minutes walk 1 minute run.

Had a double hamburger at the dairy queen. Must do better then that tomorrow.

After a warm-up on a bike  (heart rate 98) for 8 minutes I did the squat and still feel it. ;) then a few other machines including leg press and lat pulldown.  Cardio 15 minutes 1 minute walk 2 minutes run  heart rate  between 120 and 130, a lot of sweat was  dripping all over the place but I did what I wanted to do.  Interval seems to be the best way for cardio.

Had a blast.

The candy at work was such a bummer had one little piece of chocolate and still feel guilty. :(

Today was “meet the machines” day an orientation of what is available in the gym. I must say impressive as well as the amount of machines as in variety. Some very recognizable names like squat, Lat pull down and so fort. Nice thing the name of the exercise ass well the instructions how to do it is on the machine.

Started with a warming up on the bike for 8 minutes. Then did some try outs on the machines, some cardio on the treadmill as an interval 1 minute walking and 2 minutes running for a total of 10 minutes after that some stretching and back home.

While I’m typing this I feel things that I know of as muscles hm so it starts really now. It was not to bad tough. Tomorrow another round of try out. Next monday I start a real workout plan, now I need time to get into the whole fintness thing again.

Food was good today, started with a protein shake in the morning, thai chicken and a yogurt for lunch and fried chicken with green beans for supper.  I resisted a birthday cake at work Woooow thats new too.
