Hm I try to blame it on Oatmeal that I only lost 1 pound this week. However Thursday, Friday and Saturday we had food provided by our employer for various reasons, Boss day, Meeting and a maintenance day. The food was hamburgers, sandwiches and cookies, lots of cookies (the big ones).

So that was a big mistake but somehow need to be more careful. cookies.jpg
