Work is so busy but it is a reward when I can do a evening of gym. This week I skipped Wednesday because I felt sour and my legs and hips were hurting. Probably did to much on the machines on Monday and Tuesday. Abs work is not really going well, I kind of dislike working on the floor, have to change my attitude for that.
Still sweating a lot when Im on the treadmill still doing 1 minute walk and 1 minute run for 15 minutes.
Food is not a problem however Im craving food around 8pm but can still resist it.
The find of a new bacteria that makes people very sick scares me as they said it is found in locker rooms and fitness also.
