This is a personal blog to document and keep track of my new health. As a 55+ young men I have challenges maybe similar to yours like;
-Blood pressure.
-Cholesterol levels.
-Cardiovascular health.
-Diabetic concerns.
-Weight control.
-Exercise.
-Stress.
In general I try to deal with life and the daily struggles the best I can. I do not smoke, eat low carb, exercise almost daily for one hour and use no medicine or drugs. This is my adventure to live healthy and since I started in September 2007 I did a lot of research and learn every day.
