After diner (omelet no bun) walking the dog then off to the Y. Did a warm-up on the bike the chest press Latt Pull down, bench press and something else, have to find out how they call it but it was for the upper body. Oh and squats. Then interval in the treadmill, 15 minutes, 1 minute walk, 2 minutes run. Feels good after a lot of sweat.
To have some clean shirts we went to the store last night and bought some new ones. On those shirts there was a strip with 10 times “XL” written, a sticky strip to show the size. It was still there when I came home so people now know I had a new shirt.
