After a warm-up on a bike  (heart rate 98) for 8 minutes I did the squat and still feel it. ;) then a few other machines including leg press and lat pulldown.  Cardio 15 minutes 1 minute walk 2 minutes run  heart rate  between 120 and 130, a lot of sweat was  dripping all over the place but I did what I wanted to do.  Interval seems to be the best way for cardio.

Had a blast.

The candy at work was such a bummer had one little piece of chocolate and still feel guilty. :(
