I know I’m not in shape anymore and that hurts a lot. I was in the marines for 8 years and was in great shape, never tired and alway in a good mood. Now 30 years later and a lot of more pounds of weight I’m tired way to fast and feel like an old man while I’m only 57 but 205 pounds, way to heavy.

My employer came up with a solution in the right time. Go to the YMCA, pay your membership and if you visit the Y al least 12 times a month we will pay you back $20. Wow that is halve of the membership it would cost me.

So me and my wife became members last week and we will set our goals and go for it.

Now the next thing is to find the right plan, the right food and be healthy without any medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or thyroids.

We also signed up for Mens Health and Womans health
